This discovery page is planned to surface small and mid-cap tokens gaining attention, screened across volume anomalies, social-attention spikes, accelerating new-address counts and net capital inflows.

Screeners like this carry a poor signal-to-noise ratio by nature and need two constraints. First, a liquidity floor: a name without sufficient daily turnover cannot be entered without heavy slippage even when the signal is valid. Second, signal ordering — volume expanding ahead of a price breakout is meaningful, whereas 'heat' appearing after a name has already doubled is lagging confirmation. On-chain metrics for small caps are easily manipulated by a handful of addresses, and new-address counts are especially cheap to inflate with scripts.

Tool pages combine several metrics into a filterable, sortable interface for narrowing down what to watch. They are a workflow aid, not a standalone signal.

Screening definitions decide whether a discovery page surfaces information or noise. Volume anomaly is measured as a z-score against the token's own trailing baseline rather than an absolute threshold, so a quiet small cap tripling its turnover registers while a major's routine fluctuation does not. Address acceleration and inflow metrics use multi-day windows to dampen single-transaction distortion. The filter set excludes tokens below a liquidity floor and those listed too recently to have a baseline at all, which is the stage at which listing pumps make every metric meaningless. Even with those guards, expect a high false-positive rate: attention metrics identify candidates for research, not trades. The sturdier workflow chains this screen into the existing gainers-and-losers and anomaly-radar pages, checks whether a move is isolated or sector-wide, and confirms on-chain flow direction before concluding anything. No discovery screen substitutes for reading what the project actually is, who builds it and how its token accrues value.
