¿Qué es Addresses > 0.1 BTC?
Counts addresses holding more than 0.1 BTC — a tier sitting between casual retail and more committed savers, corresponding to a holding worth several thousand to tens of thousands of dollars at current prices.
Cómo interpretarlo
This tier is often used to watch the middle cohort of holders, and its value lies in being less sensitive to price swings than smaller tiers: counts of very small addresses spike late in bull markets as retail piles in, then stall, whereas the 0.1 BTC tier grows more steadily, so changes in its slope better reflect genuine intent to hold rather than short-term speculation. Read alongside other tiers it reconstructs how the whole distribution is shifting — all tiers rising means broadening adoption, while growth only in high tiers means concentration.
Dónde encaja
Address metrics track how on-chain balances are distributed. Remember an address is not a person: exchange hot/cold wallets, custodians and change addresses all distort the count, so the direction of the trend matters far more than the absolute number.
