Che cos'è Addresses 0.1-1 BTC?
Counts addresses holding between 0.1 and 1 BTC. Unlike cumulative 'greater than' tiers, a banded count reveals net migration within a specific wealth bracket — whether addresses are moving up, down, or newly appearing.
Come leggerlo
The distinctive value of banded counts is detecting tier migration. When the 0.1-1 BTC band shrinks while the 1-10 BTC band grows, that cohort is accumulating and moving up — direct evidence of accumulation; the reverse pattern indicates larger holders splitting or reducing. Note that UTXO splitting creates false migration: one holder spreading coins across several addresses simultaneously raises lower-tier counts and lowers higher-tier ones while entity-level holdings are unchanged.
Dove si colloca
Address metrics track how on-chain balances are distributed. Remember an address is not a person: exchange hot/cold wallets, custodians and change addresses all distort the count, so the direction of the trend matters far more than the absolute number.
