How to use it
Each cell is that month's return (month-end close over prior month-end); color intensity tracks magnitude. The bottom row averages each calendar month across all years for seasonality.
Caveat
Seasonality is a historical tendency with only ~15 samples per month, heavily skewed by outlier years (Nov 2013: +450%). Not investment advice.
